Lab Hours

Share the GTM challenge you are working on. I read every one and reply with notes: how I would approach it, what to check first and the playbook that fits.

What people share

One real challenge is enough

A stalled pipeline

Activity is up, meetings are not. Share what you target and when you reach out, and we look at where momentum is lost.

A leaking funnel stage

Leads come in but stall between stages, or the CRM tells three different stories. Share where it breaks and what you have tried.

An AI pilot that never shipped

The demo worked, the team never used it. Share what you built and where it got stuck in daily work.

Questions people ask

Is this a sales pitch?

No. There is nothing to sell. RevOps Lab is an open learning project, and Lab Hours is a place to compare notes on real challenges.

What do I get back?

Written notes: how I would think about your challenge, what to check first, and the playbook, signal or agent on this site that fits. Replies come by email.

What happens to what I share?

It is used to reply to you. If a challenge comes up often, it may inspire a new open playbook, always anonymised: no names, no companies and no numbers that could identify you.

What should I include?

One challenge, what you have already tried, and any numbers you are comfortable sharing, such as pipeline by source or conversion between stages. A growth engine check result is a good starting point.
