What this site collects

The free tools, such as the growth engine check, run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

Visit statistics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so the most useful content can be improved. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes technical data such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. It is not used for advertising, and your tool answers are never part of it. You can block it with your browser settings or a content blocker, and the site keeps working.

Lab Hours form

The Lab Hours form is provided by HubSpot and processed on HubSpot’s EU servers. What you send is used to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. It is never sold or shared.

The newsletter sign-up is handled by HubSpot on its EU servers. If you subscribe, your email address is used to send you new playbooks. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email. Your address is never sold or shared.

Google API services

RevOps Lab uses a small internal keyword research tool that connects to the Google Ads API with Google sign-in. Only the site owner signs in to it, with their own Google account. It reads keyword ideas and search volumes from the site owner’s own Google Ads account to plan content. It does not access any visitor’s Google account or data.

The data it reads is stored only on the site owner’s computer, is used only for content and keyword planning, and is never sold, shared or used for advertising profiles. Access can be removed at any time in the Google account’s security settings. RevOps Lab’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
